This role involves managing teams, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Global Delivery Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and support the company’s global growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement delivery strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs across global markets.Align delivery goals with organizational objectives and client expectations.Delivery Management and Technical Leadership:Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services and solutions.Provide technical leadership to the delivery teams, ensuring the application of best practices and industry standards.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.Financial Management:Manage delivery budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective delivery management and client engagement.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a diverse, global team of delivery managers and professionals.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the delivery organization.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring business continuity and client trust.Implement robust risk management practices and frameworks. Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Experience:10+ years of experience in delivery management, with a proven track record of successful global delivery.Demonstrate the ability of strong client relationship managementStrong experience in managing large-scale technology projects and programs.Skills:Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
