Quality Assurance Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance and configuration management to assess product integrity and identify/mitigate risks.• Monitor and analyze leading and predictive metrics to ensure product quality and execution discipline.• Perform inspections and audits on program plans and products to assess the program's ability to sustain performance.• Implement and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems to prevent defects in deliverable products.• Define and implement standards, methods, and procedures for evaluating product and service performance.• Provide configuration management for supporting software documentation, including documents required for security accreditation processes.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.• Demonstrated experience implementing quality management, product inspections, and performance monitoring within Agile development teams.• Experience with build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git branching strategies.• Configuration management implementation experience with software development teams.• Ability to establish project processes and foster a continuous improvement mindset.• Active TS/SCI clearance.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $166,850) plus potential bonus.• Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness programs, income protection, paid leave, and retirement plans.• Opportunity to work on a critical program modernizing national geospatial-intelligence systems.• A dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth.Apply via Haystack today!
