Snow Removal Operator

Responsibilities Be available on a 24/7 basis during snow events to ensure timely snow removal Operate trucks and/or machinery safely and efficiently in winter conditions Apply de-icing agents as needed to maintain safe surfaces Shovel snow in areas inaccessible to equipment when necessary Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes and support overall operations Qualifications Valid drivers license required for truck operators (not required for loader operators) Ability to work in challenging weather conditions and perform physical tasks For company truck drivers, must pass a pre-employment drug screen For subcontractors using their own trucks, proof of insurance is required Compensation Competitive pay with drivers operating company equipment starting at $30.00 per hour and drivers using their own equipment starting at $65.00 per hour.
