The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing new real estate investments, with a primary focus on mixed-use and hotel assets. This role demands a leader who can manage the full lifecycle of transactions, from diligence to disposition, and ensure that project execution aligns with financial goals. The SVP will also be tasked with leading capital raising efforts, structuring creative financial deals, and fostering strategic partnerships. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or Master's in a related field preferred, and have at least 7-10 years' of experience in leading full-cycle real estate projects.
