It is not a traditional administrative function or single-threaded operations team. It functions as a executive command-and-coordination layer linking investment strategy, project execution, and stakeholder engagement into a unified operating system for CHF, CVL & CPE.Overseeing:* Multi-project coordination across CPE, CHF, and CVL* Execution tracking across concurrent strategic initiatives* Capital deployment sequencing and milestone governance according to projects and supportive intelligence* Cross-functional alignment between internal teams/agency and external partners* Structured reporting, briefing preparation, and leadership decision supportCMH operates under a execution model with centralized coordination, ensuring independent teams execute with autonomy while remaining fully aligned to overarching intelligence reports.POSITIONChief of Staff - CMH Executive LeadershipThe Chief of Staff serves as the primary coordination and execution partner to senior leadership within CMH.
