Role Description Harmer Communications is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for its on-site location in Kihei, HI. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing communication within the office, scheduling, data entry, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The role requires close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to support office management and operations. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage workflows and tasks efficientlyProficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, record-keeping, and data entryExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interactions with team members and clientsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in commonly used office software and toolsAbility to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Kihei, HIPrior experience in administrative roles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage
