If you enjoy a varied role where no two days look the same—and you love keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly—this could be the perfect fit.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in office management, Executive support, accounting, HR administration, DMV paperwork, or dealership operations who wants to be part of a supportive, hands-on team.Why Join Family RV?We are building a structured, growth-oriented dealership focused on:✔ Operational discipline✔ Professional customer experience✔ Compliance and financial strength✔ Long-term brand reputationThis is an opportunity to help shape the backbone of a growing organization.Role DescriptionFamily RV is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Office Manager to support dealership operations and serve as the right hand to the President/CEO.This is a key leadership support role responsible for:• Supporting the Controller and future HR function• Managing dealership paperwork compliance (sales, rentals, service)• Overseeing internal SOP development and adherence• Coordinating executive workflow and priorities• Maintaining operational discipline across departments• Supporting light internal IT systems and operational infrastructureThis role requires professionalism, discretion, structure, and the ability to create order in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support• Direct support to Owner/President• Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and communications• Prepare reports, memos, and internal documentation• Track strategic initiatives and deadlines• Assist with property, vendor, and lease correspondenceOffice & Administrative Management• Oversee daily administrative workflow• Ensure proper documentation and filing systems (digital + hard copy)• Coordinate vendor relationships and office supplies• Maintain professional front-office environment• Answer phones and manage incoming calls with professionalism• Provide customer interaction support as needed to maintain service standardsAccounting & Financial Support• Support Controller with bookkeeping coordination• Assist with AR/AP and cash deposits• Verify deal jackets for completeness before funding• Support month-end close preparation• Monitor compliance documentation for audits/lendersHR & Compliance Support• Assist with onboarding paperwork and employment files• Verify and monitor employee clock-in/clock-out activity for accuracy and compliance• Track training documentation and policy acknowledgments• Maintain California labor compliance records• Support SOP documentation and updatesDealership Paperwork Compliance• Ensure complete and accurate:Sales deal jacketsRental agreementsService repair ordersDMV and titling documentationMaintain checklist systems to prevent funding delaysSOP & Process Development• Develop, document, and maintain company SOPs• Create process checklists for Sales, Rentals, Service• Monitor adherence and report deficienciesLight IT & Systems Oversight• Serve as internal point of contact for basic IT coordination• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors as needed• Assist with user setup, permissions, and access management• Monitor functionality of dealership software systems• Support implementation of new operational tools and digital workflowsAdditional Responsibilities• Other projects and operational tasks as directed by the President/CEOQualifications• 3+ years Office Manager, Operations, or Executive Assistant experience• Strong accounting support background preferred• Experience in automotive/RV dealership environment a plus• Highly organized and systems-oriented• Strong written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally• Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environmentPreferred Traits• Process-minded and detail obsessed• Strong follow-through• Calm under pressure• Takes ownership and accountability• Solutions-focused• High integrity and discretion
