Failure to do so will result in being rejected* About This Position We are hiring dependable, physically capable team members to maintain professional commercial facilities in the Christiansburg area. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role. You will be moving for the entire shift and working alongside a small team. Reliability and steady work pace are essential. This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical work and equipment operation. Schedule Monday / Wednesday / Friday evenings Occasional Sundays required 5:30pm-10:00pm approx Some flexibility available, if working Sunday candidates may work during the day or their regular evening shift depending on building needs Schedule preferences will be discussed during screening. Responsibilities Clean restrooms Vacuum using backpack vacuums Dust mop and mop hard floors Operate walk-behind auto scrubber (training provided) Clean glass doors and high-touch surfaces Empty trash and recycling Maintain stairwells and common areas Take ownership of assigned cleaning zones You will be on your feet the entire shift.
