This role is responsible for the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of Servier’s US benefit plans, programs, policies and procedures. The role will report into the Sr. Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations and will be instrumental in leading the implementation of new plans and programs that support our employee value proposition.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages US benefits including the administration of Health & Welfare, Retirement and Work Life benefit programs.Oversees and manages plan renewals, partnering with brokers and vendors on plan design, timelines and project plans.Recommends plan design changes or new benefit offerings, ensuring programs are competitive, align with corporate goals, are valuable to employees and comply with legal requirements.Manages plan costs and reporting to ensure visibility and cost effectiveness of programs.Partners with third party administrators to ensure benefits enrollment is processed timely and accurately.Analyzes plan related data and makes recommendations for benefit design changes to ensure programs align to the market and to our rewards strategy.Serve as a project leader for open enrolment, new programs, and plan design changes.Maintain strong relationships with benefit vendors and ensure vendors are managed appropriately.Remain current on benefits best practices, trends, and changing legal landscapes to assess potential impact/risk to the business and recommend solutions to address compliance and mitigate risk.Develops and manages benefit related communications, ensuring user-friendly content is developed and maintained.Counsel HR team members and employees on benefit matters, guiding employees, managers and our HR team members through processes and situations in a clear and concise manner, while acting with empathy and maintaining confidentiality.Educate employees and managers on benefit offerings by leading education sessions and creating educational materials.Monitors benefit account funding, including 401(k), HSA, FSA, are funded on time and accurately.Responsible for ensuring the interfaces between ADP and benefit vendors works efficiently and accurately.Responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis as required, including proactive review and analysis of benefit related data.Oversees benefit related compliance filings.Education and Required SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years benefits related experience preferredMust be extremely detail oriented, ensuring accuracy with a strong ‘employee’ service attitude and high level of professionalism and respect for confidential informationExtensive experience with US benefit and leave of absence programs.Advanced Excel and data analysis skillsWorking knowledge of ADP system desiredSelf-motivated and have proven success routinely initiating and delivering projects successfully with minimal supervisionWell-developed interpersonal skills and ability to get along well with diverse personalitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize and multitask.Travel and LocationNo routine travel is required for this roleBoston based hybrid role 2-3 days in the office per weekServier’s CommitmentServier is committed to modeling diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry.
