Hiring a Sr. Superintendent for an established General Constractor to lead field ops on midrise multifamily and mixed-use projects!Title: Sr. SuperintendentLocation: Chicago, ILSalary:$140K–$150K + full benefits + potential bonusRESPONSIBILITIES:▸ Manage crews, coordinate subs, drive schedule▸ Safety compliance, inspections, code adherence▸ Quality control, punch list, spec adherence▸ Coordinate with PMs on RFIs, submittals, change orders▸ Liaise with architects, engineers, and owner repsREQUIREMENTS:▸ 10+ years superintendent experience — commercial or multifamily▸ Strong drawings/specs/contract document fluency▸ Procore or Bluebeam experience a plus▸ OSHA 30 preferred
