Technical Program Manager

Position- Technical Program ManagerLocation- Hoffman Estates, IL- 60169Duration- 5 Months contract (High Possibility to extend)Qualifications5+ years of program management experience, preferably in cloud or multicloud environments (experience with Azure, AWS is a plus).Proven ability to lead by influence and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization, managing cross-functional teams (product, engineering, etc.).Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling, and Jira for agile task management.Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar portfolio management tools.Experience managing RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, and decisions) with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and resolving issues.Exceptional communication skills, particularly in creating PowerPoint decks and presenting to C-suite and executive leadership.Outspoken and extroverted personality, with a strong ability to advocate for program needs and drive collaboration across diverse teams.Familiarity with hybrid project methodologies (agile and traditional) and the ability to balance competing project demands.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, particularly in multicloud strategies across platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
