RWE Americas, LLCTo start as soon as possible, full time, permanentFunctional area: Regulation / Risk Management; Operations & MaintenanceRemuneration: ExemptThe Senior Manager, NERC O&P Compliance will manage the NERC O&P Compliance team and associated Program.Role Responsibilities:Manage NERC O&P Compliance team and Program across multiple GO and GOP Standards, regions, and asset classesDevelop and implement standardized processes for compliance monitoring, evidence collection, and reportingProvide weekly reporting and scoring related to team KPIsPartner with peer leaders to integrate compliance requirements into stakeholder operations and processesOversee preparation and delivery of responses to high-priority audits, alerts, spot checks, and investigationsAnticipate regulatory changes and lead readiness initiativesEnsure compliance staff are trained on evolving Standards and operational impactsRepresent the compliance function in cross-functional planning discussionsAttend industry seminars and workshops as neededJob Requirements and Experiences:Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum 11 years experience within a NERC compliance rolePrior and proven people management is requiredExperience with NERC GO GOP requirements is requiredExperience within the Renewables industry is preferredDeep knowledge of multiple NERC O&P Standards across Standards, and asset classesShapes compliance processes for efficiency and consistencyIntegrates regulatory requirements into operational objectivesAddresses high-complexity compliance challenges across multiple Standards and regions.Designs scalable processes for audit readiness and regulatory responseAnticipates compliance risks from regulatory changes and can meet deadlines.Refined interpersonal skills, with ability to manage stakeholder relationshipsThoughtful leadership and clear communication with staffApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
