This position will be responsible for all recruiting and onboarding needs. This position will be working out of our Scottsdale Office, while travelling to and supporting our High School and Vocational School partnerships. It will require attending career fairs, participating in the classroom and networking events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with interviewing a variety of positions and presenting in classrooms from high school, vocational schools and universities. The quality candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while adapting to a varied workload.Key Roles And ResponsibilitiesDuties Include but not limited to:Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing needs and EEO/AAP goalsPartner with varying hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are sourced and hired for open positionsSchedule, plan and participate in career fairs, interview sessions and industry-specific networking eventsManage applicant tracking system Research, analyze, and prepare hiring statisticsDevelop and maintain professional relationship with colleges, vocational schools, trade associations, and various networking partnersDevelop and implement internal workforce development and training strategiesAs a Construction Recruiter, you will also have use of applicable job tools including a company vehicle, gas card, computer, and a cell phone.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:Must have at least 2 years' experience with Human Resources and Recruiting. The ideal candidate would have experience within the construction industry. High level of proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently and in a team setting under strict deadline pressure and handle multiple work assignments.
