You will utilize software development and software design methodologies to build and conduct simulations in the test and development environment. Also, you will be required to provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software modules. Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills are of key importance. To be an effective team member, you must be capable of working independently when necessary, with strong communication skills, the ability to follow-through, stay motivated, and collaborate with others to successfully completing all assignments. ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.ExperienceFourteen (14) years’ of relevant experience in software engineering, modernization, or solution architecture. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or Physics is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.Required Skills Experience designing and implementing high-performance web-based graph visualization interfaces capable of rendering and interacting with large-scale datasets (thousands of nodes and edges) while maintaining responsiveness and usability.Strong UI development skills using ReactJS and experience with automated javascript test frameworks (eslint and jest)Experience gathering user needs, requirements, and feedback; creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories; and translating them into clean, reusable, and scalable frontend code.Node.js & Express.js: Strong experience developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications and microservices using the Node.js runtime and the Express.js framework.RESTful APIs: Proven ability to design, implement, and consume well-structured, secure, and documented RESTful APIs.GitLab: Proficiency with the GitLab platform for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and project management.Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards and implementationJavascript frameworks (React), REST, containers (docker) and orchestration such as Kubernetes (CK8S and Helm)Proven ability to work independently on a small team, taking ownership of tasks, managing development timelines, and proactively solving problems with minimal supervision.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to:Function within a Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) environmentArticulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiencesEngage effectively with senior leadership, mission stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and provide tailored updatesDeliver compelling, high-impact product demonstrations to application users and leadershipAuthor accurate and concise project updatesDesired SkillsScrum Lead experience and certificationFamiliarity with the following Node and ReactJS packages: babel, nwsapi, winston, graphology, ag grid, and sigmaBenefitsErias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
