Job DescriptionJob Overview:Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for fighting for justice? We are on the lookout for anexceptional Personal Injury/Workers; Compensation Plaintiff's Attorney to join our dedicatedteam. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of personal injury and workers, compensationcases, from the initial client intake to courtroom representation. If you are committed toproviding top-notch legal counsel and advocacy to individuals who have suffered due toaccidents or negligence, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Client Intake and Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to evaluate the merits of potential personal injury claims. Gather and analyze case-related information, evidence, and documentation. Clearly explain legal rights, processes, and potential outcomes to clients.Case Evaluation and Strategy: Assess the viability of personal injury cases and develop comprehensive legal strategies. Advise clients on the most effective course of action, including settlement negotiations or litigation.Legal Research and Document Preparation: Perform thorough research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft and prepare essential legal documents such as complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate with opposing parties, insurance companies, and other legal representatives to secure fair settlements. Review and advise clients on settlement offers and potential outcomes.Trial Preparation and Representation: Prepare clients and witnesses for trial, including mock trials, depositions, and testimony. Represent clients in court during pre-trial motions, hearings, and trial proceedings.Legal Compliance: Stay informed on changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations. Conduct all legal actions in adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school. Bar Admission: Licensed to practice in New Jersey. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers, compensation law. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of achieving favorable settlements. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Client-Centric Approach: Dedicated to providing exceptional client service and advocacy. Case Management: Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
