Our innovative solutions have helped communities book three times more tours.Role DescriptionWe are searching for a highly proactive and organized Senior Living Sales Development Representative to offer personalized support to our clients in the senior living industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling people and following up with leads all day.This is a part-time, fully remote position (with the ability to grow into a bigger role). The base pay is $20/hr, with additional commission for each tour booked. With incentives, representatives on our team typically earn between $50-$60/hr. Many representatives start booking tours within the first couple of weeks and, with training, book dozens per month.This role involves contacting warm prospects who have submitted interest and requested information about our partners' locations.Responsibilities:- Respond to prospects interested in senior living and schedule tours of senior living communities.- Provide comprehensive support to clients, acting as a primary point of contact between clients and prospects.- Anticipate client needs and proactively coordinate resources to address issues.- Manage customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.- Assist with communication and scheduling appointments with individuals interested in touring a senior living community.- Prepare, edit, and coordinate communication materials.- Handle and distribute incoming communications, while monitoring and responding as needed.- Manage and track tasks, projects, goals, and deadlines using CRM software.- Assist with other duties as required, with potential to expand responsibilities based on performance and business needs.Requirements:- Fluency in English.- Proven experience in customer satisfaction and customer service.- Experience with computers, call software, and CRM software (Hubspot, Go High Level, etc).- Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and remotely.- Previous experience in the senior living industry is a plus.- High level of discretion and confidentiality.- High school diploma or equivalent.We encourage applications from proactive individuals who are comfortable taking the lead and working with minimal supervision.A deep commitment to efficiency and quality is essential.
