Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities: Prepares meals in an efficient and appealing manner according to provided menus and recipes while directing other dining staff as needed.; Tests and tastes food to ensure quality flavor, consistency, texture and temperature.; Maintains proper sanitation in the kitchen and dining area; keeps areas clean and organized.; Follows infection control and safety procedures and reports hazardous conditions or incidents to supervisor.; Directs work of employees and assists in planning and organizing kitchen activities.
