We also provide an annually loaded HSA of up to $2,300, a 5% match towards your retirement, generous paid time off (40 hours upon hire; 19 ½ days per year) AND 13 paid holidays.General Statement Of DutiesUnder the direction of the Senior Secretary and/or Program Supervisor; performs receptionist work involving answering the telephone, greeting the public, handling inquires to determine the nature of business, directing individuals to the appropriate destination(s), provide general clerical and project support; performs related duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsHigh school graduation or equivalent, AND three months receptionist or related experience and/or training; which includes using an electronic appointment system.Additional RequirementsWill be required to sit for extended periods of time. May be required to alter scheduled work hours as necessary to provide receptionist duties.
