MEP Senior Project Manager | New York City, NYOnsite | Full-Time | MEP Construction | Engineering | Project Management | LeadershipWellSuited Talent is partnering with a respected organization in the engineering and construction space to identify an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to support ongoing projects throughout the NYC market.This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong project leader who enjoys client interaction, mentoring teams, and managing complex MEP projects from kickoff through delivery.The OpportunityThe MEP Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution while supporting client relationships, managing project teams, and coordinating technical delivery across multiple active projects.This role combines technical leadership, project management, and team oversight while serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Manage MEP projects from planning through completion while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget expectations• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution• Support department leadership in overseeing engineering production teams and project staffing• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation• Coordinate project teams including engineers, designers, consultants, and stakeholders• Supervise project staff assigned to active projects while supporting team development and mentorship• Monitor project performance metrics and ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectationsQualifications• 8+ years of Project Management experience within MEP engineering, consulting, construction, or related environments• Strong background managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or multidisciplinary building systems projects• Experience leading technical teams and managing client relationships• Strong communication, leadership, budgeting, and project execution skills• Experience working within consulting engineering, MEP design, or construction environments preferredInterested candidates may apply directly or contact WellSuited Talent for a confidential discussion.
