Head of Product Development

We are partnering with a multi-strategy investment firm seeking a Head of Product Development to lead the design and execution of its investment product strategy.This individual will play a central role in translating the firm’s investment capabilities into scalable offerings, working across credit, equities, and multi-asset strategies to develop solutions aligned with institutional, private wealth, and insurance client demand.Key responsibilitiesDefine and drive the firm’s product development agenda across public and private marketsPartner with investment leadership to identify capabilities suited for commercializationLead the structuring of new products and mandates, including multi-asset and capital-efficient strategiesCollaborate with Distribution and Investor Relations to align product development with client demand and positioningCoordinate with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Technology to ensure successful product launch and scalabilityEngage with key clients and prospects to support product design and articulationQualifications15+ years of experience within asset management, investment banking, or related platformsStrong background in portfolio construction and multi-asset investing, with depth in fixed income/creditExperience developing and launching investment products for institutional or insurance clientsFamiliarity with derivatives, overlays or structured solutions is beneficialDemonstrated ability to operate across investment, distribution, and operational functionsStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex investment ideas clearly
