Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise-while enjoying the professional opportunity of a new location. Provide technical support to physicians and cath lab staff during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. Operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment to capture critical images and data of the heart and blood vessels.What You'll Need:ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent radiology credential.ARRT or CCI - RCIS certification required. (Document at time of submission.)Minimum 24 months of recent Cardiac/Cath Lab experience required. Work history/resume must reflect this.BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association or equivalent required. (Documented.)Proficiency with fluoroscopy and comfort performing peripheral and coronary angiography required.Proficiency and comfort with PCI and pacemaker procedures required.Experience with Impella strongly preferred. Additional preferred equipment experience: Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS.Iowa radiology license highly preferred. Non-licensed applicants will be considered but must apply for Iowa Radiology license upon offer acceptance.Driver's license required. Professional reference or performance evaluation within the last 24 months preferred.No first-time travelers. Must have completed at least one travel contract in the previous 12 months.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Pattern: 5x8 hr shifts; 40 hrs/week; 0645 start time.Call/Weekend Requirements: Requires 50% call, including every other weekend and every other holiday.
