About The RoleAs a Senior SDET – Java & Playwright Automation | Financial Services, you will make an impact by designing and driving scalable, high‑quality test automation solutions that ensure reliable and secure digital products within the Retirement Insurance domain. You will be a valued member of the quality engineering team and work collaboratively with product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.In This Role, You Will Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks for web and backend systems Define and own the automation testing strategy and roadmap aligned with product quality and delivery goals Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and continuous feedback Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure code testability and participate in automation code reviews Lead defect management, reporting, and test coverage optimization while mentoring junior team membersWork ModelWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
