This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of employee onboarding, immigration, global mobility, workforce compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. You will report to the People Operations Manager and take true ownership of the tactical and compliance-driven work that keeps our people programs running smoothly.What You’ll DoHR Operations & OnboardingOwn and execute a seamless, structured onboarding experience for all new hiresMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HRISBuild and maintain training program records and compliance trackingPartner with Payroll, IT, Legal, and Talent to ensure seamless cross-functional executionNon-Exempt Workforce ManagementEnsure full compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour lawsBuild, document, and standardize policies for scheduling, overtime, and timekeepingPartner with managers to drive consistent, compliant workforce practicesAudit and continuously improve non-exempt processes and controlsEmployee Accommodations & ComplianceLead the end-to-end accommodations process (ADA, leave-related, etc.)Partner with employees and managers to deliver thoughtful, compliant solutionsEnsure documentation, consistency, and legal compliance across all casesIdentify trends and proactively improve policies and manager enablementHR Business PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to leaders on people, risk, compliance, and workforce topicsBalance strong employee experience with operational rigor and legal requirementsPartner cross-functionally (Legal, Payroll, Talent, IT) to drive outcomesSupport broader People initiatives including onboarding, performance, and org designWho You Are6–10+ years of HR experience, including Business Partner or Generalist rolesDeep expertise in global mobility and workforce complianceStrong working knowledge of non-exempt workforce regulations and the ADA accommodations processExtremely organized - no detail is too small, and nothing slips through the cracksHardworking and accountable with exceptional follow-through and time managementHighly proficient in HRIS systems and take pride in clean, accurate dataExercise strong judgment and discretion when navigating complex employee situationsAdapt quickly, embrace ambiguity, and have a “can-do” attitude when problems ariseExperience scaling HR processes in technical or manufacturing organizations is a strong plusWhy You’ll Love Working HereDaily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the teamFlexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need itComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total)401(k) retirement plan through EmpowerGenerous employee referral bonuses—help us grow our team!Who We AreAt Path Robotics, we love coming to work to solve interesting and tough challenges but also because our ideas are welcomed and valued.
