Our passion is to nurture focus, health, and authentic connection.HAVN communities feature dedicated workspaces, meeting rooms & phone booths, private offices; and amenities including a fitness center, wellness studio, rooftop pool & spa, and members’ lounge–all designed to elevate how our members live, work, and connect.The OpportunityHAVN is seeking a Sales Associate to help build a thriving community at HAVN Sanctuary in Lehi, UT.As a member of the opening team, and working directly with the General Manager, you’ll drive revenue by attracting & retaining members through lead generation & follow-up, hosting tailored tours, membership activation, and ongoing community engagement.Core ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, qualify, and convert leads into members through outbound efforts & inbound inquiry managementHost tailored, engaging, in-person & virtual tours, highlighting how HAVN services & amenities help members thriveBuild strong, consultative relationships with potential, current, and and renewing members; understanding their needs, and proposing tailored membership solutionsUtilize CRM tools to own the sales & renewal pipeline: tracking interactions, managing inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up, and promoting healthy deal progressionWork closely with other community team members to ensure successful member onboarding & integration, to promote events, and foster a welcoming & enriching atmosphereBuild and maintain relationships with local founders, operators, and partners to generate referral-driven leads and strengthen HAVN’s presence in the communityKey Qualities for SuccessGo-getter: You take on challenges with confidence, figure things out quickly, and don’t get intimidated by the unknown.Detail-Driven: You anticipate needs, execute efficiently, and sweat the small stuff that makes a big difference.Community Builder: You thrive on creating meaningful connections and promoting collaboration within a diverse community.Creative Problem-Solver: You proactively address challenges, think outside the box, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Entrepreneurial & Self-Starter: You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
