HVAC/R Service Technician

Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team in the Oklahoma City market. In this role, you work independently to clean, maintain, troubleshoot and install our ice machines. Enjoy great pay in fun atmospheres in restaurants, hotels, offices, warehouses – wherever ice machines are needed. Responsibilities: Repair, maintain, and install ice machines to Easy Ice standards with no call backs in a timely manner Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Complete timely and detailed service reports on jobs performed at each site (digital photos, descriptions of issues, etc., to correct problems in the future) using the field automation system Occasionally purchase parts, supplies, materials in the field as required Operate and maintain company vehicle according to established policies and procedures The employee is often required to stand; walk; sit; use ladders; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel surfaces, parts and tools; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Stands for extended periods of time (8+ hours per day) While the noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat quiet, often subjected to loud noises Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules such as constant overtime Qualifications: 1+ year experience in HVAC/Refrigeration desired EPA required Ability to work a full-time schedule including overtime Ability to raise, lower, climb and balance on ladders safely Ability to work at ease at elevated heights (including on a roof) Clean driving record, drug test and background check required You possess the appropriate hand tools; company will provide specialty tools You can prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment You are organized, energetic, self-motivated, and reliable Benefits: Excellent Medical/Dental/Vision/Group Life 401k Company Match PTO and Holiday Pay Tuition Assistance Fitness Membership Reimbursement The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
