This role focuses on executing personalized programs with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.No "floor" hoursNo "selling"Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver individualized, evidence-based training and mobility programs for private clientele.Contribute to Exis' internal training frameworks.Communicate with medical practitioners and other members of the client health teamSupport operational and quality initiatives that ensure premium client outcomes and brand alignment.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience training high-level clientele or athletes.Demonstrated expertise in program design, assessment, and corrective exercise.Strong interpersonal presence, leadership ability, and professionalism.Preferred:Master’s in Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related field.
