Housekeeping AssociateWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff members. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**Key Responsibilities:**Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.Ensure all guest rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.Change linens and towels, make beds, and replenish amenities according to company standards.Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel promptly.Maintain housekeeping equipment in good working condition and ensure proper storage.Follow established safety and sanitation policies and procedures.Assist with inventory management and ordering of cleaning supplies as needed.Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.**Qualifications:**Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Physical stamina to perform manual duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Join our team and play a crucial role in creating a memorable and pleasant experience for our guests.
