Your responsibilities include:Overseeing all day‑to‑day catering operations, from planning to executionManaging special events, including logistics, detailing, timelines, and customer communicationServing as the main point of contact for clients—building relationships, understanding needs, and ensuring flawless serviceLeading event set‑up and breakdown to ensure high operational standards and a professional presentationCollaborating closely with the Executive Chef on menu creation, customization, and innovative culinary presentationsManaging ordering, inventory, and catering‑related administrative tasksBringing fresh, contemporary ideas to elevate the guest experienceDemonstrating strong knowledge of conference center catering and high‑volume event planningSupervising a team of 2 catering attendants, plus temporary staff as neededWhat We OfferBenefitsCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
