Human Resources Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced, people‐focused Human Resources Manager to join their manufacturing organization in the Peachtree City, GA area. This is a key leadership role supporting a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a setting where HR is a true business partner.What You'll DoLead all HR functions for the facility, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliancePartner closely with plant leadership to support workforce planning, staffing, and retention strategiesDrive HR initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and operational excellenceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsOversee benefits, compensation processes, and HR reportingServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the siteWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree required (HR, Business, or related field)PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred3–5 years of HR Manager–level experienceManufacturing industry experience is a MUSTStrong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practicesProven ability to operate independently and influence leadershipExcellent communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skillsCompensationSalary: $110,000–$120,000, depending on experienceCompetitive benefits packageLocation RequirementsThis role is on‐site. Because Atlanta traffic is no joke, local candidates within ~30 miles are strongly preferred. Commuting from farther distances will be extremely challenging.
