This should be provided for all candidates moving forward and the ones that are pending interview.Open Position:Inspectors – Paving WorkKey Responsibilities:Lead and overseepaving and construction inspection activitieson active Bridge or Paving MDOT or VDOT or DDOT roadway and bridge projects.Ensure all work complies with Bridge or Paving MDOT or VDOT or DDOTorPMO - Airport Authority exp in VA MD or DC standards ,project specifications , andsafety regulations .Manage field inspection teams, coordinate with contractors and Bridge or Paving MDOT or VDOT or DDOT personnel, and maintain detailed daily records.Conduct quality control reviews and prepare comprehensive inspection documentation.Support continuous improvement in construction practices, safety, and project delivery.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum Experience:3 to 5 to 10+ years of construction inspection experience.Bridge or Paving MDOT or VDOT or DDOT Experience:Required — must have a proven track record working on CTDOT projects.Preferred Certifications:PE (Professional Engineer) ,orFE (Fundamentals of Engineering) , orEITorNICET Level IV .NETTCP Paving CertificationandATTSA (Traffic Control Certification)strongly preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in construction documentation, daily reporting, and compliance verification.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field personnel effectively.Thorough understanding of roadway paving, bridge construction, and inspection procedures.Why Join:Work with one of the mostrespected infrastructure and engineering firmsin the Northeast.Contribute tohigh-impact Bridge or Paving MDOT or VDOT or DDOT projectsacross Connecticut and neighboring states.Competitive compensation and opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.
