With decades of experience, the company is deeply committed to delivering superior products while fostering strong relationships with its customers and the community.Role DescriptionActs as a point of contact for customers ordering ready-mix concrete, ensuring deliveries are timely and efficient while fostering strong relationships, recommending value-added products, and contributing to sales growth. Handles order entry, scheduling, customer questions, and routine office tasks in a dynamic, early-start environment aligned with plant operations and job-site pours. Regularly visits job sites to confirm that deliveries meet quality and timing expectations, collaborates with manager to address customer concerns, builds trust with customers, and uncovers additional sales or service opportunities. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.2–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, dispatching, scheduling, or a fast-paced administrative/operations role required.Construction, ready-mix concrete, or related industry experience helpful but not required.
