About The RoleAs a CBRE Data Analytics Sr. Manager, you will lead a team responsible for conducting advanced dataanalysis and reporting to drive business decisions and improve organizational performance. This person will need to be onsite in San Antonio.What You’ll DoLead a team of data analysts and scientists to design, develop, and implement data-drivensolutionsDevelop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyzecomplex data setsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions toaddress themDesign and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendationsto non-technical stakeholdersDevelop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality andintegrityIdentify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to addressthemDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, datascientists, and IT teamsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and apply thisknowledge to drive innovation and improvementDevelop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making within the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutionsDevelop and maintain data quality and integrity standards and proceduresIdentify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain a data analytics roadmap to drive business growth and improvementCollaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and toolsDevelop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the dataanalytics teamWhat You’ll NeedBachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, datascience, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and datavisualization toolsExperience with data governance, data quality, and data integrityStrong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating complex datainsights to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing data-driven solutionsExperience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BIApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureEqual Employment Opportunity: CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
