Family Practice - Without OB Physician

The facility features a collaborative, team-oriented environment with supportive staff and motivated colleagues serving multiple communities including Fosston, Oklee, and Bagley.Opportunity:Physician & Clinician - NP/PAJob Details:• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours per week• Bagley Clinic: 4 days per week with clinic hours from 8am - 5pm• WIC Fosston: 1 Saturday per month from 9am - 12pm• Average of 15-18 patients per day• Ability to work independently required• Preference for candidates with 2+ years of practice experience in Family Medicine• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills• Work both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families of all ages (newborn to elderly)• Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention• Work collaboratively with care team members using Essentia Care Processes• Provide continuity of patient and family care• Requires high level of customer service skills• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program• Family Medicine and ER advanced practice experience required• Current licensure as a registered nurse (if NP) and as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant• Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area• Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice• May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance• 401(k) plan with employer contributions• Professional development support through training and tuition reimbursement• Flexible scheduling and generous time offCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
