What You'll DoResponsibilities scale with experience and may include:Reviewing construction of municipal infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standardsVerifying line, grade, materials, quantities, and workmanship using field measurements and toolsPreparing accurate daily reports, documentation, and record drawings using electronic reporting softwareCommunicating effectively with contractors, engineers, project managers, and municipal officialsServing as a professional point of contact for public inquiriesIdentifying construction issues and proactively recommending or escalating solutionsCoordinating on-site activities to support safety, efficiency, and qualityFor experienced candidates, responsibilities may also include: Acting as on-site coordinator or lead for construction projectsMentoring and supporting less experienced field staffProviding constructability insight and field leadership to project teamsWho This Role Is For We are intentionally open to a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. Candidates with significant experience (10+ years) may take on advanced leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
