Line Cook

The Original Cheeburger Cheeburger is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team!Job Summary:Responsible for preparing food to the restaurant's specification and to set up stations for the line. The Line Cook assists the Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Supervisorwith effective safety and sanitation procedures and the highest quality standards in timing, taste and presentation.Responsibilities:Set up and stocking station with all necessary supplies.Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAble to produce menu items made to order and can multitask several ticketsEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guestsProperly store all food, dated and rotated on a daily basis to ensure proper portion control and quality.Communicates between shifts and ensures adequate prep for the next shiftExhibits flexibility and emotional control when dealing with last minute changes and special requestsAttends all scheduled team member meetings and trainingMaintains cleanliness and all health codes of work areaAdheres to state and local health and safety regulationsComplies with all Restaurant policies, procedures and standardsMust be able to work holidays and weekendsCheeburger Cheeburger is managed by Columbus Hospitality Management, a company committed to providing quality service and memorable guest experiences in a positive and welcoming work environment.
