Clients include commercial building owners, investors, homeowners, brokers, and property managers seeking reliable, cost-effective contracting solutions.Role Description The Operating Partner / President of Growth is a full-time, hybrid leadership role based in Fresno, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This leader will own top-line growth, developing and executing strategies across sales, marketing, and partnerships to scale revenue in roofing, HVAC, and investment divisions. Daily responsibilities include overseeing P&L for growth initiatives, setting performance targets, and managing cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. The role will work closely with operations, finance, and field teams to align pricing, service offerings, and project delivery with growth objectives while maintaining strong margins. Additional responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performance leadership bench, optimizing systems and processes for scalable growth, analyzing performance data, and representing the company with key customers, vendors, and partners.Qualifications Proven leadership in growth-focused roles (e.g., President, COO, GM, Operating Partner) within home services, construction, real estate, or related industries.Strong background in revenue growth, including sales strategy, marketing optimization, and performance management for multi-division or multi-location businesses.Experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making to balance growth with profitability.Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop cross-functional teams, with a focus on accountability, coaching, and culture.Operational excellence mindset, including process design, KPI development, and use of data/analytics to drive continuous improvement.Comfort working in the field and in the office, collaborating with technicians, project managers, sales professionals, and executives.Experience in roofing, HVAC, general contracting, real estate investment, or property management is strongly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the brand to clients, partners
