And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the gospel.About the JobWe are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented CityWide Director to oversee support of existing LifeWise programs in Columbus and to foster development of additional programs. An ideal candidate is one with leadership experience and an operations background. Experience in fundraising, project management, and strategic planning in an urban environment is preferred.ResponsibilitiesOversee support of existing LifeWise Columbus CityWide effortsEnsure programs are operated with excellenceAll city programs meet or exceed established benchmarksRecruit and manage/supervise staff members including administrative assistant, transportation specialist and Area DirectorsEvaluate the performance of the staff members regularly through monitoring goals and providing feedbackFoster development of additional Columbus CityWide programsFoster positive relationships with school leaders and connect school leaders with Area DirectorsEstablish and maintain Church PartnershipsCultivate and manage healthy relationships with strategic partners and community leaders in the cityManage the Columbus CityWide fundPrepare and maintain an annual budgetLead fundraising efforts to ensure adequate funding is in placeEngage with donors and manage healthy donor relationsOversee use of fundsIdentify systems and processes in need of adjustment or creation in order to sustain and grow LifeWise efforts in the cityOversee the Columbus CityWide Regional Advisory BoardQualifications and ExperienceA mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithBachelor's degreeDemonstrated abilities in fundraising, people management, and project management in an urban environmentA strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problemsExperience working in an organization using Salesforce/database and Google Workspace (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communications and interpersonal skillsSalary and Benefits$60,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employeesRetirement plan, including employer matchUnlimited PTO for qualified employees
