Remote Customer Service & Admin Representative Simply Lawn Care Services is looking for a full-time remote customer service and admin representative to help support our growing office team.This role is customer-facing and fast-paced. You will be handling inbound & outbound calls, replying to emails and texts, scheduling estimates, entering customer information into our CRM, assisting with estimate preparation, and helping keep the office organized day-to-day.You will be working directly under our Office Manager and will play a major role in our customer experience.We are NOT looking for someone brand new to remote work.
