SMT Machine OperatorSynQor seeks an experienced and certified SMT Machine Operator to support the manufacturing process. Primary responsibilities include machine set-up, operation, quality monitoring and basic troubleshooting related to the high-speed placement of components.Education: High school diploma/ GED IPC Certification desiredExperience: 3+ years SMT Machine Operation requiredRequired Skills:Solid understanding of the functions and operations of SMT equipment (Siemens experience is a plus)Effectively read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly printsComponent identificationGood problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsBasic computer skillsMust be able to read, write and speak English fluentlySynQor is a world-class supplier of DC/DC power converters and AC/DC power conversion solutions.
