About the Role
We’re a small, relationship‑focused mortgage team looking for a part‑time Loan Partner / Assistant Loan Officer to support day‑to‑day loan operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoys supporting others behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with Loan Officers to help keep files moving, communication clear, and processes consistent.
No license is required for this role.
What You’ll Do
Assist Loan Officers with file setup and organization
Help gather, review, and track borrower documentation
Support pipeline management and follow‑up
Communicate professionally with borrowers and internal partners
Help ensure files are complete, accurate, and moving forward
Keep notes, checklists, and systems up to date
This is a support role, not a sales position.
