Applicants must be able to demonstrate visionary leadership, analytical decision-making, professional flexibility, and an empathic management style that builds bold teams and delivers globally significant results.Position DescriptionThe Coaching Education Coordinator is responsible for supporting the technical objectives and operational aspects of U.S. Soccer’s Coaching Education Program. The position is operational but does require a strong understanding of soccer and a familiarity with coaching. In addition to the administrative duties listed, the position will also provide support to the department’s technical staff, as needed.To perform the primary duties and functions, this position requires someone highly organized and detail-oriented. The individual is expected to proactively contribute across multiple areas of the department.
