Acute Care Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse - RN Seeking long term care registered nurse. MLR.org is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care, long term care, either directly or through delegation to supervised staff. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care and patient needs. Develop and implement nursing care plans with the patient and family. Administer medications and treatments, including fluid and respiratory therapy. Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians and healthcare team. Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge plans. Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education and training. Lead nursing teams during shifts and maintain positive staff relationships. Qualifications Active RN license in South Dakota. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience preferred, but not required. Accredited 2 year degree.
