Those without a Poly will not be considered.**Required SkillsDemonstrated experience managing and delivering Agile consulting engagementsDemonstrated experience managing projects, tracking schedules and milestonesDemonstrated experience developing scope, schedules, and cost estimatesDemonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutionsDemonstrated experience with JiraDemonstrated experience with ConfluenceWork RequirementsProvide client management monthly metrics on project compliance and trends within the Sponsor's approved Agile best practicesIdentify opportunities to expand optimization services to Partners and the ICProject Management - The Team shall provide a single point of contact to the client and/or the Partner for project execution.Assess Partner requirements, identify dependencies, gaps and develop proactive strategiesEstablish and maintain relationships with Partners for the life of the project or servicesEnsure follow-up with Partners on potential requirements for new or additional services or supportManage projects, track schedules and milestones as defined by the client. Ensure the delivery of projects are on-time, on-budget, and within scope. Notify the Sponsor immediately if projects are at risk of not being delivered on-time, on-budget or within scope. Brief project status as requiredWith client oversight, develop scope, schedule, and perform cost estimates against new and existing projectsCreate Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new and existing projects for client's approvalWith client oversight, create and maintain Customer Service Agreements (CSA) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Provide the client with routine written progress reports of the project in accordance to a predefined cadenceCreate, update and maintain project and service support documentation in the client's document repository for the lifespan of the productResolve potential risks/issuesProvide risk assessment, impacts and forecast to assigned projectsProvide status of assigned projects and programs weekly or as defined by the clientAt the request of the client, develop milestones and detailed schedule for complex storiesWith CAM Team, provide QA reviews for CSAs and SLAs, ensuring timeliness and quality of the client's agreements for project and services
