Subscriber Analytics Manager
Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking to hire a Subscriber Analytics Manager on a freelance basis, ASAP! This role will last 6-12 months and is remote to start, with the potential to go fully onsite (NY or Miami) ResponsibilitiesAnalyze subscriber lifecycle stages including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and churnWrite efficient SQL queries (primarily in BigQuery) to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasetsTrack and report on key performance metrics Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses to support weekly business reviews and strategic decision-makingBuild and maintain automated reporting pipelines using Google Sheets connected to BigQueryPartner with cross-functional teams Qualifications2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis (preferably in subscription or digital media businesses)Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets (BigQuery preferred)Experience building automated reports and dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools)Solid understanding of subscription metrics You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
