Pediatrics - Eastern Iowa Private, physician-owned multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their growing practice Base salary: $249,000 with sign-on bonus Primarily outpatient position with limited call and inpatient work Flexible scheduling options available - current providers work 4 days per week Group call 1:9 - Pediatrics and Family Medicine rotate call responsibility Partnership offered after first year of employment Group is owned and governed by physician shareholders and employs over 60 providers between their 8 Primary & Specialty Care clinics Full benefits package offered including health, vision, dental, and disability coverage, paid malpractice coverage, 401k and profit sharing, relocation allowance, 4 weeks of PTO, CME allowance, and more!
