Warehouse Operator Specialist

DSV - 4500 South Dobson Road - Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with SOPs.; Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs (shipping, receiving, picking, quality control).; Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO/OSHA standards; maintain clean and orderly warehouse; communicate with management and customers as needed.; Direct the operations of the warehouse work team to achieve prescribed objectives and assist in scheduling and payroll hour capture.; Participate in department meetings and initiate actions to prevent non-conformities in product, process, and quality system.
