Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1+ years' experience in a guest facing roleMust maintain a valid food handlers' cardMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detailMust have flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.High school diploma or equivalentMust be able to acquire and maintain an appropriate gaming license.CERTIFICATIONSTeam members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.Ability to earn and maintain Gaming License.First aid/ AED certification preferredFood Handler's card preferredESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Stock and maintain guest amenities and linensAssist guests in the proper use of spa, salon, and fitness facilitiesActively monitor guest activity and well-being throughout the facilityTransport linens to and from laundry facilitiesAssist and serve guests in the Juice BarTake responsibility for the Juice Bar cash drawer and ensure it balances at the end of each shiftSell and prepare beverages and pastries in the Juice Bar adjacent to spa facilitiesEnsure the Juice Bar is cleaned and maintained throughout each shiftReport linen shortages or other discrepancies to the Manager on DutyMove, store, and stock furniture, supplies, and equipment as neededRespond to guest inquiries with accurate information about the spa, salon, and fitness areasEnsure smooth operation of the spa, Juice Bar, and fitness center; complete all shift duties as assignedRespond to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely mannerAttend all scheduled departmental meetingsRemove trash from work areas and transport to designated disposal areasMaintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa and fitness centerRestock guest refreshments, supplies, and Juice Bar inventory as neededRestock and maintain the fitness centerAdhere to AAA standards and departmental policiesFollow all grooming and appearance standards as outlined by leadership
