Reltio MDM Engineer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Reltio MDM Developer to design, build, and maintain our Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio Cloud MDM platform. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with data architects, integration engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, trusted, and unified master data across the organization. This is a great opportunity for a developer with hands-on Reltio experience who wants to grow their expertise in enterprise data management.What You'll DoDesign and configure Reltio data models, including entity types, relationship types, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation rules.Build and maintain integrations between Reltio and source/target systems using Reltio Integration Hub, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, etc.).Develop and tune match & merge (identity resolution) rules to improve data quality and reduce duplicate records.Implement data quality rules, workflows, and survivorship logic to ensure golden records meet business requirements.Configure and maintain Reltio UI (RIH, Console, Workflow, Dashboards) to support business users and stewardship processes.Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate data requirements into Reltio configurations.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Reltio environments for performance, data quality, and reliability.Support data migration, loading, and reconciliation activities between legacy systems and Reltio.Write and maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and configurations.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments.What We're Looking ForAt Least 4 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working directly with the Reltio platform.Solid understanding of MDM concepts: entity resolution, match & merge, survivorship, data governance, and data quality.Experience configuring Reltio entity/relationship models, business rules, and workflows.Working knowledge of Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and/or REST/SOAP API integration.Proficiency with JSON, XML, and RESTful web services.Experience with at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Groovy.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and event streaming tools (Kafka a plus).Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and data privacy/compliance considerations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveReltio certification(s).
