We’re looking for well‑rounded security professionals with strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support projects across multiple islands when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and troubleshoot security systems including burglary alarms, access control, and CCTVWork with Genetec systems as a core part of daily responsibilitiesPerform system testing, verification, and documentationCoordinate materials, tools, and scheduling to ensure efficient project completionCollaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality serviceTravel to neighboring islands as required for project supportComplete additional duties as assigned by operations leadershipRequired QualificationsGenetec experience (required)Strong background in burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV installationAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationStrong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skillsWillingness and ability to travel to other Hawaiian islands as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with fire alarm systems (a plus)Manufacturer certifications or specialized training in security technologiesStrong customer service and communication skillsPay Rate: 35/hrLoyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
