Final Assembler
Adecco is hiring for a client in Lititz PA on 1st & 2nd shift. Starting pay at 18.33/hour, 2nd shift (+$1.50 shift differential). This is a temp-to -hire opportunty. Final Assembler We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler to assemble electronic products by installing wiring, cable harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware into chassis according to work instructions and blueprints. Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components and wiring into final products Install cable harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware within required tolerances Perform soldering, lugging, torqueing, and bonding as required Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Use ERP and quality systems to record production data Maintain J-Standard certification Support other manufacturing duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment High attention to detail and quality Comfortable with repetitive, precision-based work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good eyesight and ability to perform detailed assembly tasks Pay Details: $18.33 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
